Why is this called Development Hell when it’s all about projects which are either completed or are definitely going to be made?

I’m extremely fond of this too, and am glad it’s finally getting the coverage it deserves on here.

It’s Grant Morrison for me, I absolutely love Zenith, The Invisibles and his runs on Animal Man and Doom Patrol, but whilst I’ve enjoyed certain comics he’s written since nothing compares to his early work.

I wouldn’t say it’s a boring movie but it is very very silly, filled with characters making bad decisions, and it’s without doubt overlong. I wish I’d watched at home with friends where we could have mocked it throughout, as that would have made the experience a lot more enjoyable.

I was going to suggest that too as it’s one of my all time favourite series, but I’d prefer an HBO mini-series so that they could really flesh out Buddy’s character.

Re: “The title’s pixelated figures aren’t likely to tickle anyone’s erogenous zones” - All rather tragically the thirteen year old me managed to masturbate to it. Then again the thirteen year old me could masturbate to Sonic The Hedgehog.

My solution: ‘Mazing Man The Movie.

I hear Andrew Lincoln is looking for work.

I can’t remember the specific tv show or film but when I was about 11 I did that thing where you pretend to hit someone but stop millimetres from their face. Except that I misjudged it badly and hit my friend on the nose. Understandably he went batshit crazy, and I learnt my lesson and never did such an idiotic thing

This is why 15 Storeys High: The Movie needs to happen.

Or be written by Alan Dean Foster.

I disagree, he’s had the odd misfire along the way (The Green Hornet being all a bit of a mess) but I really loved Mood Indigo and Microbe & Gasoline, the latter was especially affecting.

I had the same reaction. I saw it at the cinema and emerged in to the cold light of day feeling overwhelmed and disorientated, and it took about half an hour before I felt back to normal.

Re: “You should watch Humans because it keeps getting better with every season” - unfortunately I don’t think this is the case with the third season. I enjoyed the first two a fair deal (though they weren’t without their faults) but the third has been rather tedious so far, and bar the teenage daughter’s storyline I’m

We should start a The Office tribute act!

Someone recently claimed I looked like Ricky Gervais.

Reader, I committed suicide.

This is my favourite Hitler related death:

Many are, yeah, there seems to be a slight distrust of people who don’t drink, though why people care so much I can’t explain. In my own experience it’s something which seems to become less frequent the older you get though, I’m in my early forties now and if I’m not in the mood to drink no one questions it.

Re: “English people are hard to talk to. They’re just hard to talk to. And a lot of the things we can say to each other, like, “What do you do for a living?” they don’t want to answer that. Like, “I’m not my job.” So I’m, like, “Oh my god.”

I’m from the UK and I have to say I’ve never experienced that in my life and

It was Star Wars for me as well. I remember having finally collected the full set from A New Hope when the news that Empire was going to be released, and a friend’s Mother mocked me about my collection no longer being complete. No idea why a woman in her thirties was mocking a six year old (especially as the only
