Didn't they kill him off? Not that it matters with a show like that, but I honestly can't remember.

That's such a fantastic description. For some reason Big Box Comedies seem to be going the same way as action movies where they all require some big setpiece. I remember seeing the trailer for Fist Fight and thinking it looked moderately entertaining until it got to the scene where Charlie Day is dragged through the

Spoiler: it was not.

I think you mean Road Chip.

That's what I'm saying. He's got three modest successes that were all produced in the UK, but Scott Pilgrim, his one "big" (ish) Hollywood movie, lost money (or barely made its budget back after home video and whatnot, it's tough to say). He was set to direct a Marvel movie but left over creative differences. If Baby

No, but it didn't make very much money. It cost $60 million and only made $47 million worldwide. He's never really had a big hit and he had a pretty public exit from a big Marvel movie. If Baby Driver fizzles at the box office I really wonder what he'll do next.

Yeah, the handful of people who know who Edgar Wright is will all go see it this weekend and love it. The rest of the world will say, "Baby Driver? What a dumb title. Pass!"

Sure, it's an incredibly fun action movie where just about everything on screen is choreographed to a wonderful, eclectic soundtrack, but what does it mean?

I'm not even sure what this comment means. At what point did a male love interest overshadow a leading lady on Supergirl?

Sometimes I wonder why I read so far down into the AVC comments, but when I find a gem like this I realize that it's all been worth it.

George Perez's stuff in the 80's. Gail Simone and Greg Rucka in the early 2000's. Brian Azzarello's New 52 stuff, though I gather that's a bit more controversial. Rucka's current run that might have just ended.

How about you share that brand name? Because now I really want one of my own.

Injustice 2 works for me because, while I've only gone through the tutorial once with Batman, the characters and fighting styles might be different but the inputs are more or less the same. Down forward X is going to do a special move no matter who you're playing with. It makes it pretty easy to jump between

I'm not completely up to date on the comics, but I think that's just the game. Which is weird, because every other character looks great. And he looks pretty damn good, too, as long as you ignore that terrifying mask.

"It seems like work" is a perfect way to sum it up. It's like, are you even enjoying the game at this point? Because the scenario you described sounds miserable to me.

Playing online is pretty rough (I think my record online is 1-10 or so), but I'm with @Drinking_with_Skeletons:disqus. The Multiverse stuff is a ton of fun. It's basically an endless campaign mode that throws you into a random series of fights, but your opponents are assigned random sets of gear and color schemes. So

I think that's why I loved RTS games but never really played them online. In single player I could usually setup my base in a relatively leisurely manner, but the few times I went online I just knew that my opponent was frantically going through the optimal set of steps to create the perfect base and army.

The dorky flip is perfect, but I'm with you on the face. It looks terrible. They nailed every other character so I don't know how they missed the mark so badly on Beetle.

I think you might have meant mundane, but otherwise I completely agree.

Like @fendjinn:disqus said, I enjoy Moffat's Who. I loved the Ponds. I loved River and Clara. I loved all the crazy stuff with the Silence and the Pandorica and the Impossible Astronaut. I don't need to watch a two hour video telling me that I only like it because I don't "get" how bad it is.
