I agree with your stance. In California we do not have annual car inspections like New York. Perhaps meter maids and annual inspections in CA could eliminate the need for police conducting traffic stops. I do not feel safer knowing police are pulling over speeders and drivers with expired registration. 

Im happy for Roxor. Too bad the new redesign looks like a John Deere maintenance buggy. I'd buy a Roxor for some off road fun in the California hills. 

I watched Uppity today after reading this list this morning. Its about Willy Ribbs in the 80s. It was really good. Cosby and Bruce / Caitlyn Jenner were in it too. Whole story is crazy.
