From my work. The APIs for at least one of our services (I don’t have insight to how all of them work) checks a database where a ban list of both ips, web addresses and users exists. I think there is another one for different levels of access. Found out about this when one of my clients had issues with a data pull

Not having access to the API will make it more difficult for a site to keep bets organized and will rely on even more trust from participants, both of which will have a significant impact on those wanting to participate. It's not about killing it 100%, rather minimizing the number of people who will want to

The first time I had to teach someone how to play x-wing miniatures was when I realized just how complicated that game is. No way to learn without good examples.

1. It’s easy to ban a site via the api. Like I previously said.

Valve enables this by not blocking sites like this from accessing their api, which is a really easy step to do.

If gambling is going to be allowed online, there need to be assurances that winners get what they gambled for and losers lose what they gambled for. Beyond that, minors should not be allowed to gamble.

Save yourself the time and use naan bread.

Which is why studios push for a 9 or better. It's a fact of the industry and one of the reasons Kotaku gives reviews the way they do. Best to not let is affect your mood unless you intend on changing things.

Just because you enjoy eating tofu and veggies 24/7 does not in any way mean the rest of us are in the same boat. Given that, why would you expect this site to only cater to your bullshit?

Take a step backwards.

Take a step backwards.

Particularly one like that. 10 min is not going to ge enough to satiate any desire, you will either be disappointed or drive your hype to a crazy level. Best to wait and go play something else that better lends itself to a smaller amount of time to play.

Just keep playing that first guy until you understand the overall concept.

Resident Evil 5 nightmares are coming back to me.

More excited for this than I am the new Zelda.

I’m conducting a casual lunch interview Friday. My interview with the candidate both follows and precedes other interviews in the office.

I believe two things are happening in your comment. 1. You took my comment to an extreme I did not intend and rather than seek clarity you fell ass backwards into 2. hypocrisy.

I think it’s pretty clear that what I was referring to was getting out of the console business, not overall running a business into the ground on countless bad decisions.

Considering how far behind current gen the WiiU is, if Nintendo decided to actually play hardball, the NX could be pretty damn amazing. If so, I would expect the graphical fidelity of this game to be much better on the NX.

My assumption would be that they would allow the game to take advantage of new elements to the hardware, particularly for such a high profile game that could sell systems.
