white boys should probably refrain from critiquing beyonce’s politics. you don’t get it.

“Drama”

A woman writing about her experiences after having being cheated on and coming to terms with it after she sussed it out. The woman never names anyone and speaks as VAGUELY as possible talking mainly about her feelings.

“Not Drama”

A man writing in graphic detail the women he cheated with. Said man wins lots of

Are you thinking of “You’re So Vain” by Carly Simon? I can think of a few songs that fit that bill to be honest...

They have. Check his twitter mentions.

Beyonce didn’t out this woman, all she said was that her husband cheated. Rachel Roy decided to hint that she was the Becky with the good hair. No one would have bothered her if not for her instagram post. No one thinks about her in relation to Beyonce/Jay until she inserts herself in their drama.

Maybe because he didn’t make smug little “subtle” references to it on social media? Not saying he should get off unscathed, but I get a feeling (if she really is ms. goodhair) she thinks she’s slick and/or cute.

That’s a fair point for sure. Jezebel is frequently disappointing along those lines.

Why is it when female artist show us their lives through their art they are drama queens?

Will cosign, especially having experienced it all too often in gay male spaces when “drama” is tacked onto a whole host of other misogynistic/effemophobic dog-whistles by paranoid gay men seeking to assert their (fragile) masculinity.

I’ve come to the conclusion that people who say “no drama” really mean “I’m going to be an ass and you can’t call me out on it or else I’ll cut you out and call you crazy”

Is it drama if it’s Beyoncé singing about her life? She annon’d her. No one had to know or even know it was autobiographical but Roy is so thirsty she wants it known it’s her. That’s where the drama is.

I have plenty of reasons to defend a woman in the spotlight getting a lot of hate for no reason.

I understand her intent, but trying to convince people she wasn’t being abused by saying she would “never let [herself] be a victim,” is some serious victim-blaming BULLSHIT.

Your essay was seriously GORGEOUS, everyone should read that one first.

You are sweet. <3

Based on my own experience, it’s quite possible to die of the flu.

I’m not saying that I believe this rumor but it’s not uncommon for someone with an addiction to be able to hide it well.

I don’t blame you for not wanting to know how he died and to be honest the speculation is making me feel... Weird. like very much a spectator in something I shouldn’t be. But, as to your thought about him being in control and therefore not an addict, I think unfortunately those 2 ideas can go hand in hand. not to

This is my least favorite part of celebrities dying (Besides, you know, the dying.) How he died isn’t any of my goddamn business.

i wish i had that problem. mine is always “everyone sucks and the guy i’m dating is boring and/or annoying”
