Ford has cooled dual heated/chilled seats in some 2013+ models. I know I’ve seen it on multiple, but the only one I clearly remember was on the F-150 Platinum.

In some parts of Canada we only got the cold weather package if you were going anything above base. I’ve only ever seen one Subaru of any make that has an add-on like a sunroof, but no heated seats/heated windshield that I can confirm was purchased east of Quebec.
