Please - do tell more. Was he ok?

Not sure if there is much off the shelf, But I sure like the looks of this!

The solution, of course, is to simply keep on adding headlights. This really works, and is one of my favorite cars. I have owned x4 of this generation.

There is so much wrong with this, but I just want to call attention to the photo as a key reason why there is so little community trust. The police and ICE should be (and are) two completely different organizations with different missions. But now both are being used interchangeably to intimidate and detain people,

Rarely do I weigh in to the judgement behind COTD, but today is one where they absolutely went with a dud comment, compared to this one which should have taken it. Perhaps next time around the sun will be better...

Agreed, an uninspiring anecdote from a situation where a reporter caved to pressure made it as COTD? The real gem was this one on that article:

I think your answer is in the transcript of the hearing that he posted. The Goodyear attorney calls Ryan Felton :“as with something called Transportation and Technology Reporter, Jalopnik”. He says it in a way that expresses skepticism... Later on, they seem to think that the publication is actually called

Their public relations team is unlikely to get a favorable annual review, that’s for sure!

And we respectfully request that you “do the right thing” and pretend that the livestock never left the barn in the first place. Please ignore the cows and sheep wandering outside causing mayhem on the roadway.

Ding ding ding! Pack it up, we are done here.

This is a good answer. I really generally don’t like Camaros, but something about the early second-gen versions just works.

Well yes, it is a regional dialect. Uh, Upstate Bulgaria.

I never said it did. But a lot of veterans happen to have tattoos related to their service...

I would like to see how your policy works in your hiring of veterans or other people of a protected class that might happen to have tattoos. I mean, I don’t have any tattoos, but I clearly support somebody’s right to do what they want with their body as long as it does not have an impact on their work. Likely you are

I’ve seen this before, and I am always struck by the prescience of the person narrating. If I didn’t know better, I would swear it was dubbed after the fact, but it is too perfectly timed. “Aaaand Yup, knew that was coming”.

Well, you know what they say - “ If you find yourself in a hole, keep digging”

Yeah I have family in NY, but now live on the west coast. What is happening in NYC area is just insane...My grandmother raised our family in a rent controlled apt in what used to be Spanish Harlem, and it now is all just “Upper East Side”. The solution for much of the city would be to expand co-op ownership

I’m not sure if I should describe myself as a gentrifier or not, but paid a bunch of money for a small house in a part of a city with a high percentage (but not majority) of black residents over the past 60 years due to historical redlining. Prior to that it was mostly occupied by white people working at the nearby

Nah, if they were able to actually buy (not just rent) then the person who bought in the “ transition” doesn’t get priced out, they just cash out when they feel the “neighborhood changed too much”. In the pattern of gentrification, all renters get fucked though...

They are just digesting and eliminating issues with the initial design right now...
