As someone who attended a private evangelical school that fed many of its students to BJU and Liberty, I can tell you that a lot of people go because the bubble is all they know. They don’t want their worlds to get wider and scarier - it’s safer and easier to go get your MRS degree and settle down to have kids at age…

I would assume a lot of these students are young, from evangelical families and don’t have much say in the matter.

That’s completely true. I’m sure there are a (literal) handful of teens on tiktok that believe in pizzagate but the vast VAST majority are extremely politically woke and literate. But go off I guess.
