i did this with my mrk 4 supra , back in the day. I used bed sheets layer thick to go between the spoiler and the nylon sling so that it wouldn't hurt the paint/clearcoat on the spoiler.

f355's need the engine to be dropped to do service. They have their bugs to work out like any other car. Id wrench on this car myself but the price of parts does scare me.
