This is more a story about how serious England takes traffic safety and enforcement. Two years suspension and 200 hours community serivce? In the US you don’t even get that if you kill a pedestrian.

Doolan lost his license for the next two years, has 200 hours community service to wrap up and faces fines of £250.

I see people on the highway all the time on these things. Most of the time, they just put them on whatever corner needed it and don’t swap have them on non-drive wheels. 

I will defend the left turn arrow. No it’s not warranted at every single intersection, but it is really necessary in certain spots where you would probably need to sit through 4 or 5 light cycles before you could even hope to get a gap. 

People who drive dangerously already ignore traffic laws.  Imposing new laws won’t improve safety in the slightest.

This is, entirely, a problem with selfish idiot drivers who refuse to accept the primacy of safety over all else. It has absolutely nothing to do with “right on red”. Adaptive cruise control is the shit. I just pick my highway “adopted car parent” .. like, “Yeah, I wanna go the same speed that person is going” and driving 3 hours to the cottage is pleasant.

people who don’t use cruise on the freeway drive me crazy.  If you aren’t letting your car control its speed, at least follow someone who is and don’t get in the fast lane please.

I’ll be honest with you, on long trips it’s usually obvious who isn’t using cruise control, and they kind of drive me crazy. Cruise keeps things orderly on the interstate. 

Looks like the lambo tried to move out to pass and clipped the ferrari, that’s my guess as to why the charges are starting there. Plus, a little difficult to charge the dead couple even though they are partially at fault as well.

I think the SCCY CPX2 is the official “carry it in my waistband without a holster” firearm. It probably doesn’t match Glock for quantity, but as a percentage, there is probably no gun more often appendix carried without a holster than a SCCY.
