I’m just comparing to phone cameras. I know digital will not compete with film. I was shooting on an SLR back in the 70s. That’s why I said “better”.

I’m guessing it was with a phone potato “camera”. A real DSLR would have gotten better pictures.
Which metal grill would also be held away from the glass lens to actually provide protection.
First car was a 1966 Catalina two-door. Had the 389 with a two-barrel carb. Still ran great! I bought it from my parents when I was in high school, right in the era of $0.55/gallon premium. It would only run on premium due to its high compression. With a 26 gallon tank, I only filled it once the whole time I had it!
Definite COTD contender!
What is with that? I can’t even get my thumb to do that. When I do a “thumbs up”, it’s just my thumb pointing straight up, no weird curves involved.
From the days of Karmann-Ghias racing at the 24 hours of Lemons ...
You keep this up and we’ll be calling the Vise squad.
Seeing that bright red machine come along that fast made we want to yell, “Toro”. It makes me wish I was on the Lawn, Boy does it look exciting. Looking around, I didn’t see a John, Deere, or a Cub, Cadet.
I just can’t imagine FK allowing any of her servants to acknowledge that they were in her employ ...
Had to go back and look. You might have what it takes to work for Fancy Kristen with your attention to detail!
“I was always taught that if you work hard, you will succeed. That’s a lie.”
NP, but not a fan of torqueless engines. Passed on an RX-8 years ago for this reason. Always a fan of RX-7s though.
But did you notice there were NO Miatas in that race?
How does that happen?
WTH?
Close! But not quite ...
Had a 1974 with the V6. One of my favorite cars. Not especially fast, but it was fun and ran well for many years.
I think you mean Starbucks in one hand and phone in the other ...
OMG, you took me back to college. An economics professor would comment “I think you are thoroughly confused. Re-think and re-do.” on almost every test, even though I got an A on almost every test.
Drove me crazy trying to figure out what I had to “re-do”.
