It's been 70 years since an American soldier (intentionally) killed a white person in combat. It's staring you in the face, it doesn't really need to be looked for.

My dad went to a public school (posh old private school in the UK) and in his leavers' assembly, was told by his headteacher that one day all of humanity would wind up a light coffee colour, but it was his (and his classmates') duty to not get involved in all that nonsense and to put it off as long as possible. Or so…
Eh, I suppose mockery is probably unnecessary. Depending on what you consider to be mockery.
Whenever religious people start complaining that people mock their religion, I always feel like saying the same thing: you may be slightly offended by us not affording your religion the respect you believe it deserves, but you believe that people who don't follow your religion are going to hell. I don't think you can…
Bill Donohue disagrees.
Thanks for taking the time to explain, I appreciate it.
"They suggest that modern homes have a lower diversity of microbes, but still contain bacteria, viruses, fungi, moulds and dust mites."
If your husband is progressive then he why is he a mormon? The LDS Church is regressive and it maintains that its regressive nature is god-mandated.
Yeah, you're definitely the most naive person here. The world isn't as simple as you think.
The anti-vaccination community of course never use lobbying, the mass media or scare tactics.
If you want to believe that crystals and green tea cause cancer and are willing to neglect your kids to death by not giving them vaccinations, go ahead; it's your own damn problem. But don't act like you're some rebellious super genius and we're all morons because we don't want to get smallpox and die.
Fair enough. Thanks for explaining.
I agree, but I don't really see how either of those are inherent to the process.
Yeah, other animals aren't so much into the whole clothes things full-stop. Animals kill each other for loads of reasons, some of which are even more trivial.
I've never really understood why rearing animals for fur is worse than for meat. If the animals are raised and treated humanely (and I understand that this often isn't the case for both meat and fur), I can't really say it's something I'm especially bothered by.
The same reason the first one was started: to distract from domestic economic problems.
Random commenter on the internet > the BBC and Associated Press. Nice to know you've figured out how to assess the quality of sources.
Efficiency of the private healthcare system ftw.
I agree. This issue seems to crop up a lot and the answer is pretty obvious.
