I decided the other day that unless you give blood or are an organ donor, you shouldn't be able to receive any blood or organs (unless you have an obvious medical or age-related reason you can't). It'd get donation rates up pretty sharpish.

It's not irrational. I'd be happy to see it proved right because it looks fucking awesome. It just needs more evidence in its favour than a 5 minute clip on Tomorrow's World.
