I’m not sure what your point is as we seem to agree. It’s not untrue to state “Dublin can get violent” because Dublin is historically and currently a city with violence and a drug problem. It certainly doesn’t mean “Dublin is violent all the time and is a terrible place don’t ever walk around after 5pm.”
