the Mitsuoka Orochi is the dumbest looking car i can think of. Its like sturgeon fish. Even worse when modified

Look at this thing:

Mitsuoka Orochi

You mean other than the Youabian Puma? It’s the de-facto answer to this question...

The anticipated Amber Russian EV...a face only a tadpole could love.

Looks AI generated.

Fiat Multipla

My hot take, which I have said over and over and over again: if we want more cool little sports cars, we need better public transit.

He just defaced it? He didn’t try to set it on fire with a grenade, or blow something up, or dump alligators on it? With the alligators also on fire? Florida man, are you even trying? Florida slacker, more like.

Coal rolling fuel setup, bad for everyone around you, and for your truck too.

Pointless lift kits that reduce the truck’s capabilities.

Super bright LED grill mounted light bars used on road.  Please stop blinding everyone.

The vast majority of suspension mods. Outside of maybe a 1" drop for looks, I’d say 90% of hobby-tuner suspension modifications serve to make the car uncomfortable and more unpredictable. Occasionally they are done right, but most of the time you get a bouncy uncomfortable ride with snap oversteer, terrible understeer

Imagine that? Shady BS company does shady BS stuff...oh wait, someone is knocking at my door. I’ll be right back, maybe!

Reminder that close to 90% of the top 1000 games on Steam now run on Linux through Proton. If you’ve got a Steam Deck and an Android phone, you’re already running Linux on two devices. Why not switch your desktop, too?

Arguably, my parents never knew how to make me, that's why I'm the mess I am today

It’s always comforting to see someone who gets why AI taking over art is a very bad thing, but in case it wasn’t clear enough, here’s how it all goes down:

Not really, a large portion of complaint about AI, ESPECIALLY around here, are not of the “Sci-Fi, Skynet” sort of deal, but the shittier reality of generative AI which is

(a) sought after by executives to replace creative types, even though the dataset of that AI is trained on the works of those creative types,

They most likely know about it much more than you do. How can I tell? Because if you did look into it, you would know why they are saying the things they say (hint: it is not because of sci-fi movies) and you would try to address their concerns with an actual argument (no, ‘you are idiots’ is not an argument).

Not surprising.
