Not true, a while back on jalopnik, there was a story about a motorcycle rider that was pulled over by a MD state trooper that had a gopro on his helmet. It was recording with audio, a bit after he received his ticket, he was arrested for recording the audio under the MD wiretapping law. I’ll have to see if I can…

The problem here in Maryland is that its illegal to record the audio without prior approval from both parties, so you have to disable sound recording on the cam so that you don’t get arrested for wiretapping.

I wonder, do you keep track of whom, if any, have actually heeded any of the advice you guys give? Or, if they’ve notified you if they’ve followed anyone’s advice in particular? I’d be interest in knowing what your success rates are.
