    Sad but true...

Well it’s currently even dirtier over in China, which has infamously-lax/nonexistent enforcement of labour and environmental regulations.

Well, look who’s an optimist, thinking there’ll be anyone alive to write history books....

Nor is using slave labour camps as part of ethnic cleansing “vocational training” campaigns.

We did Turo as well - better selection (I wanted something small but luxurious, decent to drive, that could handle a car seat, and with a sun roof - ended up renting an Acura ILX).

IIRC, your cellphone still has a GPS signal even if there’s no data/voice signal (as long as you are driving without being underground). And I guess I should qualify - it isn’t necessarily that touchscreens are “bad” - it’s just that a lot of the UX guys seem to just phone it in and give the ability to customize all

But that’s my point: if your interface requires an advanced degree to operate, you’ve done it wrong (and I’ve used the mouse, as well as the weird joystick/hump thing). I’d argue a car does not need to have 64 different settings for the mood lighting and the colour of your button backlights.

I’ve heard this from friends who own the 1.5T model Civics and CRVs.

The only good thing I like about the memory seats (excluding the preset/memory functions that some-but-not-all, memory seats have for multiple drivers), is that you can really fine-tune the position to your comfort as there are no “detents” to speak of.

Frankly, that tells me that there’s too many pointless settings to tweak.

Considering that Erin seems like a decent human being who is concerned about little things like not being sexually-harrassed/assaulted, or racially-targeted.... No?

From what I've seen/heard, the Miata gearing is a very good match for the revised engine...

It feels like the track is the only place where one can make use of this car’s capabilities, but with how S2000 prices have gone, the replacement cost has me feeling it’s too precious to track. I drove a buddy’s NA Miata, and actually felt the Miata was better for fun daily driving - it’s got no power, so you can

It was beautiful to read... And so good to know the car remains in the family, and in good hands.

I never found the clutch to be anything but a wonderful partner in daily traffic (except for that one time my clutch fluid reservoir went empty because of the standard leaky CMC). Especially coming from the vague clutch of the BRZ. Power is fine in Toronto, and you’ll usually still be at the head of the pack (as

I bought my manual Honda Fit from a young lady (a friend of my wife’s) who is also under 40. I know several younger people than I who daily manual cars (2 of whom I taught to drive manual, including my brother in law, who is on a list to replace his ‘17 BRZ with a GR86).

The most unintentionally-honest “ran when parked” ever

It’s all part of the master plan to weed out the chaff from the true believers.

Honda, in their infinite wisdom, decided that owners of the 2007-2008 Honda Fit wouldn’t need luxuries like a dead pedal, and that the curved, carpeted bump from the front wheel well, would be sufficient.

If you must track a S2000, I suppose a $10k salvage title isn’t that bad as long as it’s living at the track..
