I tried to get into FF XIV multiple times in the past. Usually stopping around level 30-40. But yeah these patches made it super easy to get into. It is still a bit of a grind and the gameplay didn’t really click for a while. I kind of just thought I was button mashing. But now I’ve got 3 classes around level 45ish…

I agree with a lot of what you are saying

Not an SNL guy but I was hyped to see Rateliff performing. His stuff with the Night Sweats and his solo stuff is all really great. He has had a pretty good following but I’m happy to see him getting some National Recognition. 

I feel like you just perfectly described a role Jack Black should play. 

I am incredibly skeptical about this movie. 

I mean you can also just 100% never bring up the character again. Her character wasn’t exactly in the middle of some complicated arc. 

I agree mostly but I also think in this case you don’t even need the character. 

Yeah exclusives on console are one thing because you gotta spend money on a whole new machine, but Epic and steam are free so who cares?

I do think it is one of those things that if you didn’t play it when it was originally released you just won’t get it. Not even just nostalgia, I just think if you grew up with that kind of clunky-ness you are more willing to look past the lack of polish. 

This is true. But a big difference between this kind of article about tone and style and the people freaking out on twitter because they won’t get to see Miranda’s butt when she is telling you her heartbreaking origin.

I am very excited for Legendary edition, but I definitely do not plan to get rid of my original Xbox 360 copies of the games.

I got a new phone last summer and I was really thriving for a while. Plugging it in for 45 minutes a day was all I needed. I can feel the battery starting to slip though already.

I mean lets say we take away trilogies/series that were a book first. Purely original movies.

I think the point is that TLJ is able to the story it wants while building on what came before instead of knocking stuff down like Rise does.

Exactly. The idea that movie sequels and trilogies NEED to planned out is ridiculous. Best case scenario you get the prequels, which has basically two ideas spread out over 6ish hours. Worst case scenario you end up with Dark Universe.
