Agreed that its a bummer, but there are also Rumours that Florence Pugh’s character was a really sought after role and it sounds like she could be a major player in the MCU going forward. Not sure why I never see people mentioning this on io9. 

Yes agreed. I love what they are going for. Every choice you make with the lightsaber has to be thought through in this game and not just hitting X repeatedly.

Personally, I think it the combat looks awesome. Rather than just hack and slash with the lightsaber it seems like you have to make some pretty deliberate combat choices. Definitely unlike any other Jedi gameplay I’ve seen before.

Not about OP here but it is crazy how many armchair writers have no idea how the creative process works. Especially with projects that take years to complete (movies/tv shows), there is no way the writers are sticking to their original plan.

I would still agree with OP on doing TV and movies for big events. X-men is very soapy and need more time to show the relationships between characters then the Avengers do. The Avengers movies tend to be just “Avengers Greatest Hits” which is cool but the X-men wouldn’t all have solo films in between which is where…
