Thank you! I moved back up here to Seattle from Austin 2-3 months ago and am kind of disappointed in how much the beer selection is dominated by IPAs up here compared to back in the South. I like a (single) IPA on rare occasions, but I'm definitely much more a fan of weiss, dubbels, trippels, the occasional pilsner.

Why? You could definitely do forms of meditation there, e.g. mindfulness. In fact, that's precisely why I would like to try it out- to meditate, period, not because I want to meditate "about" something.
