Here in germany even the cheapest no name plans will give you, say, 1gb of speedy data and after that you can still use data free of charge but at 56kb... Well, for some people it is true... I, for example, got an ipad from my brothers for christmas. That thing is not going to classes with me, i'd feel ashamed to use it in public.

yeah i know some basic jailbreak functions from when i had a jailbroken iphone. So sbsettings and activator are no brainers. But are there any (preferably free) apps/tweaks/packages specifically for the ipad that you'd say you wouldn't want to live without?

i don't think we have the same router. In fact i think he uses an apple time capsule as his router and i have some cheap dlink thing. I guess some things arent better because they're more expensive.
