I watched his HBO stand up. It was OK. His problem, I think is that he tries to always be ‘on’, but he isn’t quick or smart enough to do that so his ‘jokes’ are just awkward and not funny.

Limit the amount of crossovers shows. Well, this is just personally mine, since I only watch two of the shows. But the fact that Flash and Arrow are in the same Universe, but are also oddly isolated from EVERYTHING ELSE is reinforced on crossover shows.
