Wolves, bears, coyotes, and mountain lions aren’t going to waste their time chasing deer when all of these delicious garbage cans and small pets are around.

You know, if you want to reduce deer collisions, moving or otherwise, then we need more large predators to control their numbers. More wolf and bear reintroductions, and population expansion where they are present. It is what keeps their populations down to reasonable levels.
