@picrad: Reminds me of the days when you... had to pay for browsers. Like fifteen years ago. Yeah.

@Jeb_Hoge: Then the payment servers were located in the US. Most online stores host their payment servers in other countries (Valve hosts theirs in Germany, for some unknown reason.), which makes ordering with these cards nigh impossible.
@Jeb_Hoge: American Express doesn't work with... Well, anything online. Only in Brick&Mortar stores. Sorry.
@Thevic: Oh, sorry. Didn't see the P.
@The Werewolf: WinCE 6 is Windows 7? What the heck are you talking about?
@liftedngifted1: Likely. It might be that Windows 8 has a desktop form and a tablet form.

@w1llk - Undoubtedly Cookies: As a collector of hats, it is my duty to protect the greatest of them all: The top hat.
@trs: Are you questioning the gift-worthiness of a top hat?
@Jedi Niltag: It's $10 for the PC. The price is different based on the market. In fact, there's probably a price minimum for every store it's in.
@wizzard419: Those break. Often. Flushers don't.
@ePrometheus: Surprisingly, yes.
