@British_Looks_British_Reliabil...: The black license plate is a much older plate from the United Arab Emirates. The wide, white plate is the Iran plate. I assume this Camaro was originally imported to the UAE, then brought to Iran, and the Iranian driver left the UAE plate on because he thought it was cool.
