It's worth it because the McBurnie is the SAME car they used in Miami Vice. I would be buying this as "The Miami Vice Car" first, and "maybe some people might think it's a Ferrari" second.

@K5ING: I've seen every episode also, and I do watch Motorweek. Top Gear for entertainment, Motorweek on actual news about new cars. A few seasons ago, I found Top Gear fairly entertaining. Now, I find it entertaining to see how lame it can get. (But honestly, also for car porn- I'm not saying Top Gear doesn't have…
@Alfisted: The Alfa Romeo challenge was jumping the shark. It was NOTHING but childish slapstick. Oh no, Jeremy rolled his Alfa onto its side during the race!... even though you can see cars going by in the background, indicating he is far away from the track. Oh no, Jeremy is stapling his leather jacket to his car…
@MrCrash was most certainly not part of the committee that: That's EXACTLY the freaking PROBLEM. This isn't a show for 20-40 year old car guys- it's a show for little boys and old ladies. Intelligent men who like cars do not enjoy the same childish predictable jokes over and over for years on end.
@K5ING: How old are you to think that Top Gear's 'jokes' are funny? It's the same old tired slapstick routines they've been running into the ground for years now.
@hoonthatsc: Agreed. The Turbocharged model is a lot better, but the Supercharged model is still a competent, fun, and cheap daily driver.
Well, I don't get it. Why would you want Death looming over your car like this? Crappy ads, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a hoax...
@volatilegtr: As much as I'd like a new TT-RS, I still think the original TT looks better. That was a bold looking car. If only I didn't fear high mileage German cars! ;)
@wheatieboy: P.S., not to be pedantic, but this thread is cars that were overshadowed by their successors, not about how well built, reliable, or attractive the cars are on the whole. On that point, I don't think you would appreciate, after having just typed several paragraphs on the pros and cons of your cherished…
@wheatieboy: Is that your idea of a creative, constructive comment? Or do you just like to read your own comments in the voice of Jeremy Clarkson?
The Cobalt SS Supercharged isn't an "excellent" car, but it was certainly "competent", especially considering the price. When it came out in 2005, it's main competitors, the Acura RSX and the Scion tC, had much less horsepower, and while the Subaru WRX made a bit more, it was also more expensive. The Cobalt SS…
@dezcori: Maybe the addition of this image can make up for accidently posting the same image twice...
hat tips make me happy :)
@Cheezis_Chrust: What if you have to get it serviced or repaired or aligned? no matter how hard i try, some asshole always manages to squirm behind the wheel with his greasy fucking greasemonkey hands all over my leather wrapped steering wheel.
@modisch: That was an interesting little read, thanks.
@968: Haha, "did Kia kill his Pa"? The Sorento is okay, I think it looks boring from the back- but the new Sportage looks awesome!
