His tunnel boring machine must have hit a major breakthrough, given the rate at which he is digging himself in a hole.

I propose we have a new phrase for jumping the shark.
Shit. Forgot blue collar. And also white collar. Apparently white people are the only people with collars.
He’s actually creating more racism with articles like this. Making it harder for minorities by calcifying the notion that whites have of blacks thinking they are all racist. The vast majority of all people of any race or ethnicity are keeping their heads down and trying to feed their families. They don’t have time for…
That is a normal collar. Move on, find a new slant.
I said, ‘Tristan, we ain’t cut the same’
My parents used to take us to Don Pablo’s any time we were celebrating something as a family (as my folks would share a margarita and my dad would get a beer as a rare treat). We were kinda poor, so it was a big deal. I remember their fajitas fondly (and their flan) as it was one of the few “nice restaurant”…
Ground Round! I still remember the birthday parties I went to there.
I’m 27 and fondly remember the following dead (or dying) chains:
I’m 43 and only know one of those (Bennigans) and don’t think I ever ate there.
I went to Bob Evans like a year or so ago. My boyfriend and I were the only customers under retirement age. They closed at 8pm (not on a Sunday, either).
I thought Don Pablo’s was legit for Americanized chain Mexican fair.
Mine did, as well. In addition, on your birthday, you would get a free dish of ice cream served in a small-scale baseball helmet.
My parents loved Ground Round because kids’ meals cost a penny a pound. Like, a pound of kid. They’d weigh you. And I was one scrawny little kid.
The Ground Round. Literally the only thing I remember about it is they let you throw your peanut shells on the floor. To a 9-year old, this was a mind blower!
GroundRound is still around (ate at one in Milwaukee just last year). It’s not the same, dark, popcorn and movies place, but there’s still over 20 locations.
Bennigans! My favorite hung over breakfast in college was their monte cristo!
God I miss Bennigans. No one has ever topped their version of the monte cristo.
I feel like Demon’s Souls is even better than the Dark Souls games in certain ways.
I forgot this was totally a thing. xD
