If only fuel were were $2.19 in the US where I live. Creeping up to $3.80 a gallon now, that is almost $65 to fill my tank with 17 gallons, or about £40. Sure it is cheaper, but the taxes on it are a lot less too.

@Mackie7: It worked with Toy Story 3, but that is about all I've seen where it works. Would it have been worth $5 more? Nope.

@indyit: Yeah, it really was a communication issue, leaving a vague interpretation. Markus/Notch cleared it up pretty quick, but a lot of articles didn't reference it since it was on Twitter.

@indyit: You need to stop spreading misinformation. Beta purchasers will receive everything up to and including the full release of Minecraft. They WON'T receive post-release CONTENT, but they will get patches.
