I’m a big fan of the faux-wrap dress. Accidental exposure of parts traditionally covered by underwear is 💯 not my thing anymore, especially since I quit drinking.

I’ve always worn them with a cotton tank or camisole underneath. And I still felt over exposed!

Oh come on, next thing you’ll be asking us to get rid of The Star-Spangled Banner! That’s....oh wait....

I am hoping for “loosely based on actual events” Christopher Guest movie.

I had a similar experience on Bumble and it put me off of the site for a few months. I wasn’t looking for a one-night stand, said as much up front in my profile, but horndogs aren’t literate.

I really liked Bumble, when I used it. I ended up going on a few dates and messaging a few others back & forth. A woman-centric platform allowed me to set boundaries I was very comfortable with. I do not think they invented feminism, but if they can support empowerment in other countries, like India, that’s great.

‘Poosh’ is what I call the area below my bra and above my pants waistband.

...psst.. it’s ‘tenets’

I hate them both and wish them nothing good. And spouses of elected officials are not compensated for their time.

I was a rebellious teen & I cared little about getting near Notre Dame on Easter Sunday. And the week prior I had been to St. Peter’s Basilica, so it didn’t seem as urgent. Hindsight is 20/20!

Francois-Henri Pinault is also married to a very recognizable movie star, Salma Hayek. Not necessarily relevant, but an interesting tidbit.

I agree with you, somewhat, because I understand how the political game is played.  I also think it doesn’t really matter what she says - she’s a lightning rod for bigotry and she somewhat plays into it to (in my mind) push the boundaries of what is ‘acceptable.’

A family friend keeps saying “measles is just a rash.”

I don’t think it should have anything to do with whether Pelosi or Schumer are ‘centrists’ for them to explicitly state Omar’s name or position in their rebuke of 45.

This is so fucking frustrating. The milquetoast support of Pelosi and Schumer & the rest of the Democratic establishment just is further evidence (in my mind) that they’re archaic & directly correlated with my frustration with ‘centrist’ politicians.

I agree. I hate it.

Yep. Like it or not, ‘centrism’ is still very popular. (FTR, I don’t like it, but I was mildly surprised at how centrist Michelle Obama seemed, to me, on her book tour.)

My RD relative just posted something yesterday on FB about how essential oils were better for you than medication. It’s a certification that should mean something but isn’t necessarily a panacea against quackery.

I now regret subscribing to The Atlantic.
