A car lane is still a fucking car lane, above ground or underground. It will NEVER beat a mass transit lane for efficiency and declogging roadways. *roadways can never be truly decongested, either because human nature is such that the better a road becomes, the more it’s traveled. So, say in fantasy-land car ownership

The dumbest thing about going after Metroid fans, or customers, or citizens with rights, is that Metroid sells fucking terribly. This is sure to help them sell more, for sure. Absolutely.

Bethesda likes to wait until their current game is released and then respond, often and almost exclusively, half-assed. But at least they can say they were listening when they really weren’t and then continue to make bad decisions. So, they slowboat the next game but once Starfield makes a profit and they feel safe

Could be worse:

It’s always interesting how disgusting people are in offering disdain and hate before compassion and understanding. Sure, they’re “terrible” and deeply flawed but holy shit there are so much worse ways to be terrible.

There were a lot of detractors before and after but I think she ended up being better than most expected. I wouldn’t say she’s good in it or a good fit and there was a lack of chemistry from both sides but it was perfectly adequate for a comic book movie.

It’s hard to give them the benefit of the doubt when all they’re doing is talking without context. Would it hurt to give context to their lies, I mean explanation?

Earth is a fixed ecosystem, essentially. It’s bound by physics. What I am interested in is what if we break the “natural” cycle further and burn ALL the fossil fuels known to exist and then what might/should exist and THEN go one step further in those scenarios and then let’s blow up some volcanoes and have some

Yeah, I’ve been saying it forever but every Bethesda tentpole game has ALWAYS been quantity over quality. Lots of dungeons in ES but they all look and sound the same with almost nothing worth looking for in them. Fucking terrible.

If we want government contract costs to go down, in the long run, we need to be willing to accept failures and undesirable outcomes from time to time rather than securing huge contracts with failures built-in that may never happen. Better to just suck up the failures than give outsized contracts based on what-ifs.

I think it’s safe to say that it just proves how terrible Lucas is when unchecked. He’s awesome at a general theme and world building, but he fucking sucks at details, restraint and polish. Character building is also a critical flaw for him.

It’s more about devs responding to market conditions. Believe you me, they’d love to be able to make a game and be done with it let alone worry about support costs. But consumers by and large want “games as a service” which is to say, spend as little as possible to get the most hours of play to be supported by whales

lol such an enthusiastic video...

Fallen Kingdom will always be just the worst. Easily worst Jurassic Park, also among the worst big budget movies in existence. Just terrible from the acting to the directing to the editing to the story to the music and so it goes. Terrible, terrible movie for the amount of money and talent thrown at it. Absolutely

I wouldn’t mind original video content. There’s plenty of things to talk about from a myriad of topics within gaming and this industry. So much that would benefit from in-motion video.

I think the primary problem is that Gizmodo was mostly for this “crypto bro” shit because it was “technology” and “future”. They criticized Republicans and others they like to view as enemies who were dubious about it. (Though to be fair, Republicans are fucking morons on almost everything). Going so far to frame it

I don’t think this movie qualifies as sci-fi since they seemed to hint rather heavily throughout the entire film that she’s in her head and the multiverse was of her own making. This then seems to resonate with the fact that, and I may be wrong since I only got a chance to see this once so far, every character in her

Was Russia’s participation explicitly only about launch sites? There’s far more to space than just launching the rockets and most components are made and transported against vast distances, anyway.
