I would argue that if you include MINI as BMW (it is), BMW pretty much sells a full line of cars in the USA. From the MINI Cooper for $21k all the way up to $100,000 BMW X7's.

Hmmm, I am just going off the cuff here, but just guessing that a good condition normal 6th gen Prelude might go for $5k. A like-new condition 2001 Prelude Type SH* with manual transmission? I think I could see it hit $25k. Keep in mind we live in a world where Integra Type R’s go for $80,000.
However,
I read that and thought “Wait a second, yes it was!”. Then my brain worked a little bit longer and then told me “He’s talking about Mozambique, not Madagascar, dummy!”.
Also, on the subject of Harleys, I believe Mr Bradley Brownell mentioned a few weeks ago that a review of the H-D Pan America is forthcoming. Any idea when the review might be published? I am legitimately curious.
Not sure, I could be more sociable at work. But the Kawasaki rider I do chat with on occasion and you are correct. I think he also has some sort of BMW as well, but I am not sure.
I expect that this will only be short-lived. Boomers only have so many years left upright.
I get what you are saying, and I agree. However, so many of my Xennial/Gen-X friends and coworkers swear by their Harleys. I know of at least 4 semi-regular motorcylce riders at my work place, and 3 of those ride Harleys. Odd enough, the non-Harley rider (Kawasaki Concours) is the oldest at over 60. The other 3 are in…
Or we will see an explosion in the Montana registration loophole.
I think the RX Vision is hotter because, well, it’s hotter in every possible way visually. But I think the Genesis X Coupe is hotter because it feels more production ready than the RX Vision ever was.

Sure, it’s a challenge, but certainly not an insurmountable one. A privatized USPS would need to be government subsidized for those routes. Or we could make the choice to not serve those extremes. As I said in another comment, “Sorry you chose to live in BFE, have you considered rejoining civilization?”. We definitely…
Verily. For an example of successful government sponsored for-profit companies in the United States, look no further than Freddie Mac and Fannie Mac.
Good ol’ Air America!
And yet Royal Mail of the UK, Deutsche Post of Germany, and Japan Post have all figured out how to deliver mail profitably to their entire countries.
Only a few years ago I would have agreed with you wholeheartedly. However, since then other countries have either privatized their post office (Deutsche Post of Germany, Japan Post of Japan, and Royal Mail of UK) or turned their post office into a State Owned Enterprise (New Zealand Post) with generally good results.…
Well there’s your problem. You live in Kansas. Have you considered moving to a real state?
That would be like buying the Mona Lisa and painting devil’s horns, a goatee, and glasses on it.
Pontiac isn’t around anymore, maybe GM’s trademark on “Star Chief” has expired?
Then again, the company knows a thing or two about designing a mail carrier truck. It’s responsible for the DJ-5, after all and has a long history supplying vehicles for federal defense contracts. This is the HUMVEE company.
