I can actually answer this because I’m one of the guys that leases those pickups and SUVs to the GSA who then distributes them to the various departments and agencies like your friend’s. To start, the manufacturer incentives for me to buy the pickups over the SUVs are greater, which in turn keeps the monthly lease…

For me, ‘67 is hands down the best year of the 60's and 70's for design. I don’t know what it is, but almost every design from every manufacturer was on point. The cars, the trucks, all of it. From the Coupe De’Ville to the P1800. From the C10/F100 to the E Type.
I like to make a small ritual sacrifice before I get on 84. Let the traffic gods know you still fear them. Don’t let anyone in the car mention the traffic flow... ever. You’ll anger them.
