I used to love the 3800 logo on my parents Olds Silhouette but I guess that equates to automotive flair!!
I’m really impressed with the condition this car is in!! Good job there. However you have to be one sick puppy to put a spoiler and newer Chevy rims on a car with an iron duke! The a stick doesn’t help this engine either
You hit the nail right on its piggy head! hahahahaha
I’m the same way. Have a G8 now, love to get an SS, but that Buick looks sharp. It would definitely be much better on gas than my G8 too.
Wheeler Dealer had one of these in their shop and at the same compressor issue. If I remember correctly, Ed just rebuilt it. You did good Tyler!
The Toyota Previa was another death trap. I remember seeing the videos of that along ago and it wasn’t pretty. I guess the 80s and 90s was not a great time for crash worth vehicles!
Can anyone say deflecting? This technology will work, it’s that it requires more testing. Beta testing in the general public isn’t a good idea especially in the sue happy society we live in.
People be clownin up in the D! This is probably the 10th clown related crime in the last 2 weeks in Detroit.
So true, growing up my parents had a 1984 Olds Delta 88 with a the 307 v-8 they we bought in 1986. Had that car from first grade until it started crapping out on me at the end of high school in 97. The old 3.8s in the 80s were terribly slow. Swap it out and put in a v-8!
Probably Metro Detroit? You see more Escapes and other SUVs that CR-Vs.
I think $750 is a little much when the parts are garbage. $400 seems like the right price.
Dealers should move over to the old Saturn model, no haggle pricing. As a result of this practice., their dealers had the highest customer satisfaction ratings for a non-lux brands. Speaking from experience, the sales and service staff was better at Saturn of Plymouth than any suburban Detroit BMW hands down.
My brother still is the original owner of a stock 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS-T. It’s probably the only one in the Midwest that hasn’t been messed up by some kid. He pulled it out of the garage after 6 years and the thing started up with little work from a mechanic. Needless to say, I was shocked given how…
Until one of them pulls you over!
“2.0-liter World Gasoline Engine, designed in a trifecta of sadness between Chrysler, Mitsubishi and Hyundai”
Too much caddy hate going on with these videos! How about a few beige Camrys and Corollas?
How about the gas vs. electric argument? Sure it’s the fastest electric vehicle around but as you said, there are faster gas vehicles. To me, Tesla is trying to compare an apple to an orange.
Seems that most push rod engines have a 4k cut off. Our old Silhouette with a 3800 had this as does my G8 GT.
Funny you say that because after looking at the interior, it reminded me of my Dad’s old Saturn L series. Console mounted window switches an all! The L series was based of the Vectra.
