I just looked her up in the Texas public records birth index, and she’s listed as being born September 4, 1981. So unless her family fucked with official government records somehow, I’d say she’s the age she says she is.

I have never felt lucky to have a basement before! Everyone in New England has one. But the downside is, they flood easily during storms and snow-melt season, especially in older homes. I don’t think you guys have the excess water problem, though. :(
