Did J.J. ever have an actual story before this? I was happy that he finally got more of the spotlight.

I enjoyed this aspect, even if it felt out of character a bit.

That actually felt like something that could have been in the film - slightly more grounded and within the summer camp vibe.

One day, a nice summer day wasted by staying inside watching TV. I'm so disgusted with myself (even though I mostly enjoyed the show).

The movie is so tightly written and performed. Those jokes bounce, man. Both series' are bloated and feel a tad unfinished, even though they have their moments.

The Reagan and the Falcon stuff, although I liked the actors playing them, just pushed the weirdness too far, I thought.

Yeah, the Reagan/Bush stuff is funny but a.) we've already seen that, basically and b.) it really does somehow make an already silly summer camp story a bit too ridiculous. I don't think I want the scope of Wet Hot American Summer to be this large.

The Donald: An Inconvenient Douche

The headline writer probably struggled with not saying Jodie is "the new Doctor Who" since it's inaccurate to call the character that, but they still wanted to state the show title for those who may not know what just "The Doctor" is.

And "grim" doesn't really sum him up. He could be hilarious.

Great news! I hope Jodie is a good choice for the part, although the production team has never let me down in choosing a Doctor and I've liked every one.

I feel like the basis in any corporate decision like this is the faint whiff in the air of a PR disaster and the loss of $$$.

And so are we, sadly.

Takes a lot less time to read a review, at least!

I felt like the decision to kill Superman actually kind of made sense. Batman felt he had to stop what was basically a god that could destroy the world if he chose. There was at least some thought behind it. It was the other killing that bothered me; Batman mows down crowds of thugs and nothing is made of it. It's

And he's even worse in the extended cut!

Yeah, same here. I thought Affleck was great, but the Batman who nonchalantly kills people was off-kilter. I think his decision to destroy Superman would have had even more impact if Bruce was shown to have his usual aversion to killing, and he felt he had no other choice to save the planet.

"Get out! We need to sweep up the popcorn!"

Yes, please keep reviewing these next year!

I strongly disagree, Sir or Madam, and find the Shamrock Shake delightful!
