I have a problem that my waist is RIDICULOUSLY smaller than my ridiculously large hips. When I was 9 I had a size 2 waist (a small 2 at that) and a size 6 hip. It's still hard to buy clothes. Especially mens clothes which I prefer. So I feel your pain in other ways.
