Honestly hard to imagine how the Grammys could implement a system where they barred artists for such transgressions. As far as I know, Manson hasn’t been charged with a crime (though he faces multiple lawsuits) and Louis CK isn’t accused of committing a crime, he’s been accused of (and admitted to) sexual misconduct.…

Yeah clearly the best way to help the people in the company this is about is to make sure they don’t have work. At that point it’s not really about caring about the abused workers at all anymore.
