Insanely high entry speeds. It’s really fun. -BRZ tS owner.
Raven is actually black, not grey. The Subaru name for it is Crystal Black Silica.
This is just to remind everyone that the 86 is meant to be a modern AE86, and it is WAY faster than the original. Anytime I start to think my tS is slow, I get in my AE86, and rediscover that the modern 86 is faster than the Supra turbo I had in college, more than capable in daily traffic, and has enough power for the…
3 of these are not like the others.
For the 86, I said STI and TRD tuned versions, i.e. the tS, and trust me, the modern 86 is a much better car than the original AE86. Yes, it’s a bit lighter and rev happier, but the ZN6/ZC6 is better in every other regard. I should know, I own both an original 4AGE AE86 and a ZC6 tS.
They’re still around, after they got done destroying the S-chassis scene, they’ve moved onto FR-S’s.
If Gran Turismo taught me anything, it’s that having as many variations possible of a single model is much better than creating something entirely new.
The Ajumma selling breakfast sandwiches out of the back of tiny Bongo microtrucks are the best.
It’s not the car itself, I saw it in Japan and it’s pretty cool, but I’d still take a dedicated sports car over it. It’s just the idea of Nissan willing to do a “tuned by Nismo” version of car usually ignored by enthusiasts because of its drivetrain, therefore bringing forth acceptance of the idea of better looking…
I’m not asking for a Model 3, I’m hoping that more mainstream manufacturers start to accept that they don’t have to separate electric drivetrains from enthusiast models. Nismo putting its name on a Leaf isn’t Nismo selling out, it’s acknowledging that more and more people are willing to tune and modify electric cars.…
Stop playing with my emotions, Mack.
Don’t be depressed, today is much better, trust me.
There’s a Lincoln Town Car that could be as new as a 2011.....
I live right around there (this is in the last five minutes of my commute) and only recognized it because of the road signs.
It’s still really similar to how it was. The demographics are still diverse, but in addition to the people still in it from the old days who now have money (or don’t) to either make their old tuner cars perfect, or have moved on to a higher level car, there is the next generation following in the footsteps before.…
The one time I was in South Dakota, I saw more mopar wing cars than any other time in my life, combined. I have no idea why so many are there.
Thank you (Although I’m trying to figure out this pun myself....)
