I love the Conan podcast. It started off a little rocky, but has had some very good interviews. It deserves its acclaim. But I can see why people have a hard time calling it the format’s bellcow.

Not sure that that’s the case, though. Just the bigger guys are getting the spotlight and the little guys are mad that no one’s telling their story, too.

I’d say there was a path to AA in 2016. We decided to go full “Leaving Las Vegas” instead.

No need to spell out your point, as it was stupid from the start and didn’t deserve an intelligent response.

I think this is like slander... isn’t it?

Whuh? Don’t tell me that Bob Duncan is some nutjob Libertarian who was probably brainwashing PJ, Teddy, Gabe and, worst of all, adorable Charlie. I -- er, my kids who watched that show would be devastated. Good luck, Charlie, indeed!

And the fact that the basic things that need to be done to compensate for the shortfalls this late are called “Communist” tells you that every would-be Nero is tuning up their violins.

The keyword being “if.”

It’s a race to declining returns between Pete and Harris. It’s just a matter of which one is going to be cynical/foolish enough to hitch their wagon to Biden.

If the biggest stars in podcasting had been clearly non WHM’s

Your lips to the pin god’s ears.

If republicans make movies like this we are called racist/gender bias/Nazis.. I would clown you anyday fact for fact.. You pick the topic pussy

Shucks. I’ve been called out on a message board. I’ll have to go get a life now.

The fact that O’Brien, who sucks, was somehow able to consolidate power despite barely having a winning record as a coach and NOT having any winning personality to speak of, says a lot about just how fucking bizarre the NFL is.

With players lifted from Mutant League Football.

Hey. We’re not talking about rock and roll music or hip-hop here.

Your point that Margot Robbie isn’t in a documentary? JFC, thanks for the news flash! I wasn’t sure if this was a fictionalization or a reading of court testimony.

I mean, I hate the article. But there’s something to be said about how a person/subject bridging the format with another more popular format shouldn’t be ignored. “Serial” brought a lot of radio people over. Conan is doing the same with television people. I’m sure the Venn Diagram of audience members has a lot more

It feels gratuitous, but I get it.

Not lying, if I see PFT is on an episode of a show that I’ve never listened to, I’ll give it a try. I’ve discovered a couple of podcasts I’ve since subscribed to because of it.
