Yup. Knew a friend of a friend that died of adult onset Leukemia. She had split from her husband but had to remain married because he worked for the government and had the good heal insurance. She still needed a GoFundMe (that failed to meet its goal) and DIED because she couldn’t afford more advanced medical care.

When I make pizza at home, and I do because I’m from NY but live in AZ and the pizza here is generally garbage, I ferment my dough in the fridge for 3 days. Totally worth the wait.

Yeah. Much like pasta, potatoes continue to soak up dressing as they sit. A little starchy potato water helps loosen things up the next day as needed.

This also works for potato salad.

SO much THIS! When my town repaved the main street (!) I and my friends got to skate a whole mile up and down the town on beautiful, fresh blacktop before they reopened the road. Happy times.
