If you are talking recently, that day was funny. Because they were expecting a ton of snow (8+ inches for someone from the deep south is a lot) and it turned out to be a light dusting. They had already code red my work, though, so I was happy.

Im a bit north of that and I drove about 40 minutes home (all east) where it was definitely in the ‘looks like bad rain’ but not actually raining category. I know it could have been perfectly clear, but my experience here tells me if it’s bad near me it’s probably also bad near DC (nationals park area)
