The one idea I’ve seen is that it’s great to have a young talented player play across from a vet. Think Randy Moss at WR vs a young Devin McCourty at CB. I’m not saying McCourty wouldn’t have been good without Moss, but it likely helped going up against him in practice.

I knew the only chance one of these teams had at a playoff win was to meet each other. Unfortunately for them, the winner is likely to limp into NE next week.
