How can it be a “benign” neoplasm if it KILLS YOU?

Ever seen “Soylent Green”?

Don’t forget the flip side - alimony is deductible by the payer. And it’s an adjustment, meaning it’s in addition to the standard deduction.

How long until Google buys Uber? They’d probably do a better job of weeding out the bad apple drivers.

Wait until “they” do away with cash and force you to keep all your money in banks.

They use C, as do the recipes. My French brother-in-law always switches our oven over to C when he uses it.

I think these should include estimated cost of items.

It’s supposed to be installed in an enclosure. That being said, careful installers usually wrap the entire fixture in electrical tape before installing.

Umm, sounds like you need a bill which messes with that employer, not Spirit Airlines.

I would like an example of something that you’re “surprised” to find out you’re also on the hook for after purchasing the ticket.

Can you give an example of a fee which is not disclosed until the last minute or when you have no alternative?

Sorry if it came across that way, I didn’t mean to be, but it’s a serious question: who decides what’s outrageous? If they had charged you $20, would that have been okay? $30? $35?

Amazing! You’d think we had, like, a capitalist system or something, where people are allowed to make money from hard work and investment of capital. The horror.

Good catch! So it will end up raising the ticket price even more.

Every time I buy a ticket on-line there’s a box which comes up and says in essence: “we charge the following fees: cancellation $X, checked bag $X, etc. and by buying this ticket you acknowledge those fees.” So I don’t see how they’re not disclosed.

Or you could just buy a laser printer for not much more than the cost of a set of ink cartridges and never have to worry about any of this nonsense ever again.

Please define “outrageous.” Exact percentages or dollar amounts please.

How invisible? All the extra fees are fully disclosed when you buy a ticket. In fact you need to explicitly acknowledge that you’re aware of them before you buy the ticket.

Or buy the refundable ticket class.
