Thank you for that explanation. As a normally punctual person I am always trying to understand the other side. Sounds like in your case it is a minor outcome of a serous problem. So many other people are much less punctual with no excuse at all, so don’t beat yourself up over it!

In all sincerity, if it is hours and hours of prep, then why is it only 5-15 minutes late? Does something kick in when you are about to be a bit late, and make/allow you to go? Why are you not sometimes on time and sometimes 2 hours late?
