Instapaper also recognizes URLs on the clipboard and asks if you want to save them. But... apparently not for you! I don’t know if it has to be enabled somewhere.

I am not sure what you are referring to. TSW doesn’t recommend storing tasks in the same notebooks as documents for storage. They specifically recommend a “Cabinet” notebook for storage, and an “Action Pending” or “Completed” notebook for tasks.
Hey, that’s me. Thanks for the feature. I’ve long enjoyed the Lifehacker workspace features. Honored to be a part of it.
Getting rid of tags altogether screams of extremism. Sure it’s possible to overload yourself with notes, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be used.
I like a lot of Amazon products, but this one is just silly. Libraries, guys. Libraries! Many public libraries now have access to ebooks through subscription services like OverDrive, totally free to you. And the books are selected by the pros, so there’s less of a chance of “self-published awfulness” as put by…

This pen makes me love writing. I can change the ink color if i wish. Refills are easy to come by and relatively cheap. I do tend to get ink on my fingertips every once in a while, but it’s a small price to pay for better penmanship. It almost makes me want to write in cursive, if i knew how.

It probably is counter-productive, but if someone is threatening the lives of others, you’ve got to step in.
People who can’t be vaccinated (due to allergies and/or sickness) are at massive risk because they’re relying on herd immunity. This is not a case of, “do whatever you want, it’s your body” when other people’s lives are at stake.
Nike are SO NARROW. I’m surprised to see New Balance rated so poorly given that they are strong with wide width options.
Been running marathons in them for 6 years :)
Two words: Luna Sandals
You know those hideous, mutant-looking toe-shoes (i.e. Vibram Fivefingers)?
Speaking as a teacher, let me pitch you an idea you may not have thought of: what if students are taught to write cursive because it trains hand-eye coordination by requiring them to form letters without drawing connected lines, and forces them to see how letters and words flow together, in a unified, whole-word way?…
It's faster than printing. That's my favorite part about cursive. I can jot my note down way faster!
My best friend from high school developed his own dagger-grip in preschool, and simply never moved on. His handwriting, print or otherwise, looks like a 5 year old’s. I’m embarrassed enough by my own eccentric but controlled scrawl - the reality is there ARE still real-life situations where you have to write things by…
Most of us go days without writing anything by hand, and when we finally need to jot something down, it looks like…
