Good article. This shit has always drove me nuts. When I was younger, this seemed to be a common problem on my cars and families cars. Since I have gotten older, my cars have not has as much modification to wires and I always use OEM stuff as much as a can, versus stuff from the parts house. As such, I am sitting

Just go to Europe. Though I don’t believe there are doing the latest model in wagon form anymore since they didn’t do a Magnum in this bodystyle, in the states.

I am now a believer in oil analysis. My car was running completely fine but I had some suspect data points on this last oil change, to the point it was extremely concerning & off the charts. No metal shavings have been visually seen but I had a heads of a larger problem. So far I have determined that the timing

WOW!

Everyone is pointing out racing in the rain. Back a few weeks ago at the Lemons race in NJ, we were crossing rivers on Saturday. Seriously! At least one guy hydrolocked his motor.

Good stuff.

No worries. Just interesting to see how 2 people have differing experiences.

Interesting. I may be biased as I have a 2011 Fusion, but personally I find the interior to be much better in overall design than most other cars. Caveats to that being the full navigation setup does wonders for cleaning up the center console, the materials on the center console are a bit cheap, the tan color is

Have we all glazed over the fact that all he wanted was a bear claw?

Clearly that is the case now, but I tend to agree with Jason on this. At some point the battery technology will be table stakes with different options on the market at different price points to achieve a required performance or lifespan target.

Went to a BMW ride & drive event thing in ~2010. They were doing comparison rides between the competitors. Jump in Mercedes C350 which is top of the line next to AMG, and immediately fell in love with it. I have always liked the design, but interior was very nice and power & driving experience was good, etc. Didn’t

Has nothing to do with radiator being blocked, his rode his clutch until it exploded taking the bellhousing with it and probably more. Dude is extremely lucky he didn’t lose a leg/foot.

Also it’s a shame they are taking a nice Model T and cutting it up for this project.

there are no craftsman at west coast customs

Then there is a problem for people like me. I just started playing GTA V this year. I have not started in Online because I am 3yrs behind everyone else, many of whom benefited from either cheating or tricks in the game that have been patched. In turn I understand a lot of the real estate and other things that cost

It’s really a shame they didn’t cee’d to it a sign was posted. Absolutely no Pride in their work.

I get more people revving at my wife’s Fusion. I guess it’s because my Mustang is dark green and doesn’t have a spoiler so the average asshole ignores it.

Except that every train on the track (vs. vehicle on the road) is monitored/tracked/known exact location and clear with no crossings allowing for much high speed than any road in the US. There are probably 20 trains on that line and I95 will have 10,000 vehicles. Two VERY different situations.

I am cheapass. No matter how awesome it is, I sort of don’t want to spend over $30k for any car. I will pay the balance in cash (or loan) if Chevy will give me a $20k credit :D. Will they? :D

The fuck they aren’t on par for cost. As Andrew mentions below, the Rubicon trim goes very easily into the mid 40s. Buddy bought a loaded 17 late last year, all options except hard top & just 2 doors, sticker was $43k and change. With hard top & 4 door, I am assuming $46k range.

Now resale, that’s another thing.
