Yep it sucks. I cut out coffee the mornings of my flight (which sucks.... I love my morning coffee), and don’t generally drink alcohol until after I’ve gotten up to pee already. A beer goes a long way with helping me enjoy the flight, however. 

Yeah I mean I get through it. Just is far from ideal, and people asking me why I didn’t pee right before doesn’t exactly help lol.  

I get pretty bad anxiety flying, and even when I pee immediately before boarding, I usually have to pee again within 30 minutes of takeoff. It sucks.
