False, CEMU runs very well with most mid range GPUs currently available. Now running it at 4K would be another story, but 1080p and eventually 60fps for BOTW is certainly attainable. I have a GTX1060 and can run Mario Kart 8 at those specs, and it never stutters or crashes.
