Joking aside, if you have those genes that hair goes pretty quickly in the early/mid 20s, shitty team or not. My hairline started receding at 18-19. I feel for you, Blake, but it’s time to buzz it down.

DUDE I know. This affected their philly cheese steaks as well.

As someone that’s lived in Tampa for quite some time.... I’d say 8/10 places serve a good one. You can even have Publix (grocery store) make you a good one if they have the right people in the deli.

Columbia’s is hit or miss for me personally.... not sure why (I like Columbia otherwise, though). I think sometimes it’s because they go overboard with the meat.... unlike other sandwiches, I feel the Cuban does not benefit from meat overload. You need that perfect ratio.

I agree with the other commentors.... it CAN be a bland sandwich, but if done correctly it’s delicious and probably my favorite hangover cure. The ingredients all need to be on point, ESPECIALLY the bread. If you throw it on some basic ass Jimmy John’s bread..... yes, it’s going to be a bland sandwich. Use some fresh

and nothing else on Cuban bread

Never been to Richmond or Austin (but have heard great things), but have been to Savannah. Having the history that it does certainly helps, at least compared to some of the midwest cities out there that are relatively young. What I’m saying is... there are qualities found in these cities that also exist in the “bland”

Just curious, what city do you live in? Not trying to start anything, just an honest question. I see a lot of the “this city is bland” comments for more cities than not, and just curious what American city isn’t considered “bland” besides the obvious big ones?

Newsflash: If it’s not Portland, NYC, San Fran, LA, etc.... the majority of commenters on here are going to say the city is bland and lacks culture. I’m confident Indy, like most American cities, has some awesome people and things to do if you don’t just hang around the immediate area by your hotel. I get that these

I’ve literally had someone send me a picture of a busy road in my city with like 10 chain restaurants. It was the area immediately by the airport :|. I feel like that’s like me saying NYC is bland and showing a picture of Times Square.

I’ve never been but I feel you here. I’ve had people say this about the three cities I’ve spent most of my life in, and just wonder if they even tried to do any research online. It’s America; metro areas are sprawling, that’s just how it is besides the small handful of cities that are pedestrian friendly. Not saying

Honestly I’m finding this goes for many of America’s cities. IMO there’s culture in all of them, it just takes a bit more digging than it would take in say LA or NYC. But at this point, the experience you shared could probably be interchanged with 20 others without thinking too hard about it.

Sheesh.... I have a 1060 and was thinking this game would be cake for it. I may hold off.

What kind of connection wouldn’t be able to handle the 63hz tick rate? (honest question)

Love it.

Sorry.... just saw in the article you mentioned it’s algae.

Looks like algae, although to turn full blown green like that overnight seems pretty nuts. Usually it starts out on the walls and the water simply appears cloudy. It’s possible it was already in that state yesterday, and then overnight they attempted to treat it and brush the sides, which could definitely lead to an

Gets a star from me.

Not at all. Love these posts every year, too.. it’s just the toxicity in the city bashing that gets old to me (specifically was addressing the Brendan portion.... had nothing to do with the team itself).

Never get why people seem to get a hate-boner when ripping on other cities.....do you love where you live that much to the point you just have to shit all over anywhere that’s not like your city? I’ve lived in Tampa and it’s not bad at all.... Like all cities there are good parts and bad parts. Plenty of good food and
