Remember when Terry Gilliam was supposed to make a hard R-Rated Gorillaz movie after their 2nd album?

Sparks - Hippopotamus

Yes, that one. Also one of the few occasions when Verne Troyer wasn't used as just a sight gag. (Not that I didn't love Mini Me.)

The first two seasons are still great, but in season 3 they go full BOY MEETS WORLD before BMW even existed and ruin their light hearted comedy with too many "very special episodes".

Charlie Schlatter boned Kylie Minogue back in the days and worked with Dick van Dyke, so show him at least SOME respect!

Yeah, "Stromberg". Never liked it, but to be fair, I neither liked the British and American versions. I think they got sued by Ricky Gervais, because in the first seasons they "forgot" to credit him and claimed it was an original show. Fun fact: Its star Christoph-Maria Herbst dubbed Ricky Gervais in his Simpsons

In theory they do, but I've never sent them anything that met their guidelines. (Which is weird, considering some of the crap that you can find on there.)

Shasta McNasty ran on MTV here in Germany and I actually enjoyed it. I was surprised to hear how much people hated it. (They probably only watched the pilot, which was completely completely different and more zany slapstick focused than the following episodes)

WHat? Only two German shows on the list? I would also add;

It it too tinfoil hat-ish to say that the Trump administration simply didn't like the "Trump phonecalls" and made a few phonecalls to Ted Turner?

I miss the old MySpace. It had more personality and was more fun than Facebook.
Also it was all proof I needed to know that Eli Roth is a douche. After watching HOSTEL for the first time, I posted a comment on his page, that was highly positive, but also pointed out the movie's flaws. He just deleted it.

I always chuckle when I rewatch the first season. They are still trying to find their groove, trying to be edgy without knowing how edgy exactly and maybe not trying to piss off anypossible censors and then the season finale is like: "Fuck it, we get cancelled anyway. Let's make a child molestation episode!"

Years ago I came up with a lose sequel (I guess these days they would call it a reboot) of HOME ALONE, focusing on Harry & Marv.

My in-laws didn't want their grandkids to watch The Simpsons until they are 10, which I kinda agree with (I think it's a good "not too early, not to late" age for that show) while also thinking that it's unnecessary. I mean, it never was a kids show, but as far as cartoons "for adults" go, this one was (and still is)

I guess soon Conan will be a YouTuber.

The same people who think that Skyler was the villain, who deserved the marital abuse because she prevented Walter White from becoming a successful drug lord or the same people who think that Cartman is "telling it like it is".

Or that she got blackmailed with something that stupid. Were they really trying to convince us, that the silly girl, that the whole school loves for being silly, would be emberassed when someone shows everybody a video of her being silly?

I love when "edgy" comedies do such episodes. Simply because they have WAY too many douchebag fuckbois as fans and seeing them cry about how their favourite TV program is doing "some SJW crap", is a nice bonus.

He learned in the final episode to leap when- and wherever he wanted to. He just chose to not go back home an instead continue to save the world.

I really enjoyed the first season. It was most likely the most high quality live action show that aired on the Disney Channel since forever! Unfortunately in season 2 they started to rely on those horrible "very special episodes", that turned the original series into an annoying soap opera and made me stop watching.
